Physiotherapy,
but done better
Stride with confidence.
Tom, the driving force behind Pace Physio, leverages his vast experience from both
private sector roles and as a senior NHS physiotherapist to offer unparalleled patient
care.
His specialisation in treating running-related injuries stems from his own passion
for the sport and frustrations with seeing sub-optimal care in the treatment of runners.
Tom has specialised in sports physiotherapy for over five years and has helped both
Paralympic athletes and elite runners return to their sport and win medals. However, he
is aware that every individual has different goals which allows him to provide a
personalised approach to all his clients.
Whilst Tom’s main line of work is providing care to injured clients, he feels it is important
to offer a preventative approach to running injury. Consequently, Tom has developed
strength and conditioning plans for runners aiming to avoid injuries and improve their
performance.
He also offers 1-1 strength coaching for runners aiming to take their
training to the next level.
With a blend of professional expertise and personal dedication to sports, Tom is
committed to guiding his clients towards achieving their rehabilitation and performance
goals at Pace Physio.
